TRANQUILITY REIGNS IN MEXICO. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 5.5 p.m. New Y 7 ork, November 26. Tranquility reigns in Mexico. The whereabouts of Madero is unknown. The report that he was wounded is believed to be a ruse of his followers. President Diaz discouraged the insurrectionists, and all is quiet on the American border. Madero was tried "in absentia," found guilty of treason, and an order made for confiscation of his goods and lands.
