SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Br Telegraph—PrtM Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast :-The weather has been warm and fine, but with increasing 1 base generally, and fog also m the far south. The barometer has fallen everywhere, and northerly winds now prevail. Present indications are for warm ■weather, increasing haziness and fog, preceding more unsettled weather generally Airing the next three or four days. Rain is probable shortly on the West Coast end in the southern districts, and later elsewhere. Expect freshening northerly winds, especially in and south of Cook Strait, with a "falling barometer everywhere, probably low in the south about Saturday.
