DUNEDIN SESSIONS.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, the trial of Henry Pollock on a charge of attempting to commit an unnatural offence was concluded. The jury, after four hours' retirement, was unable to agree, and a new trial was fixed for December 12. Gilbert Scott was charged with receiving £2O 0s 6d belonging to the Bruce County Council, and with omitting to enter the receipt of it in the cash book, with intent to defraud. The case was not concluded when the Court rose.

WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Last Night. Leslie Ellis was re-tried at the Supreme Court to-day on a charge of being concerned in the recent burglary at the Levin Hotel, Levin. He was found not guilty.
