v - - • SUMMARY AND FORECAST. »T By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates" weather summary and'forecast; The low pressure passed northward of New Zealand on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, causing much rain and' strong easterly winds northward of East Cape and Kawhia, but elsewhere the winds were variable and the weather warm and changeable, and foggy in parts at times. Present indications are for mild and changeable weather, humid generally, and showery and foggy in parts. Thongh at present rising slowly in the sooth there tire indications for a falling barometer everywhere soon. Moderate to strong easterly winds will prevail generally.
