Also ran: Moat, Spaniard, Seaworthy. The two former fell, but the riders escaped uninjured. Won easily. Time, 2miu 53 sec. November Handicap—Sea Queen 1, Gold Battery 2, Sublime 3. Also ran: Tina Toa, Cyrene. A splendid race. Time, lmin IGsec. Telegraph Hack Handicap—Tigerine 1, Gladiole 2, Moreykoff 3. Also , ran: Amaru, Bow Bells. Rongomai, and Julian. Tigerine led throughout somewhat easily. Time, lmin 2see. Rnahine Hack Welter--Composed 1, Ariom 2, Master Laddo 3. Also started: Torpoint, Mortite, Illustrious, Ruapere, Kauroa, Lady Elna. Ukuia. Shorts Handicap—Golden Ball 1, The Rover 2, Lifeline 3. Also ran: Soultiform, Ngakau, Puketotara and Paku. The winner led throughout. Time, lmin 2 3-5 sec. Piri Piri Hack Handicap—Niwaru 1,, Merrie Frank 2, Merrie Valet 3.' Also ran: Queen of Scots, Artistic, Eva. San Lass, Passive. Won by a neck. Time, lmin 20 4-ssec.
