MORE HOSPITAL TROUBLES

By Telegraph. —Press Association. Dargaville, Wednesday. Trouble in the Northern Wairoa Hospital, which has been simmering for some time past, culminated in the resignation of five members of the staff, only the matron and cook being left. A special meeting was held yesterday to consider the position. Allegations of incompetency were made against the matron. Dr. Young, the superintendent, was present, and was subjected to vigorous cross-ex-amination. The matron handed in a number of testimonials. The enquiry showed that chaos reigned supreme. The committee, after consideration, resolved to recommend the Board to accept all the resignations.
