THE ROSE SHOW

TO-MORROW—THURSDAY. The entries for the Rose Exhibition, to be held in the Brougham Street Hall to-morrow, are very large, and thb roses entered number three times as many as have ever been entered previously. There are several new growers, and all of the old exhibitors will be competing, for the roses are good this year. Competition promises to be very keen. There will also be large displays "for exhibition only," by Messrs. Newton King, S. W. Shaw and R. Cock, and firms of nurserymen have been allotted spaces for their displays of rose novelties and the best roses now produced. Afternoon tea will be obtainable in the building.
