HEAVY TRAFFIC. * Members were of opinion that many milk carts plying on the Board's roads were exceeding the by-laws, and the narrow tyres were playing havoc with the roads. The farmers were the greatest growlers about tlie state of the roads, and were unnecessarily cutting them up badly on account of the small tyres used. —Resolved: That the foreman be authorised to see that the bylaws were observed by all parties.
