SUMMARY AND 'FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, List Night. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bales' weather summary and forecast:—Fine and warm weather has prevailed, with moderate to strong and variable winds. The barometer rose everywhere during Thursday night, but has fallen slowly to-day. Present indications are for freshening easterly winds northward of New Plvmouth and Napier, and increasing northerlies elsewhere soon. The barometer is likely to fall everywhere, and vrffl be low in the south. Increasing haziness, will prtftably precede more unsettled weatWr in all parts, and there are prospects of a general rainfall about Monday.
