Bates weather summary and forecast:-Mod-erate to strong westerly winds have prevailed in most parts of the country, With cloudy and misty weather generally, and showery on the West Coast, southward of New Plymouth.Theba. rometer has been unsteady, but little change has taken place. Present mdicationsare for a slowly falling barometer everywhere. Increasing humidity generally, and showery weather in parts are likely to precede a more decided Singe shortly in all parts of the coimtry. Moderate to strong westerly winds will probably prevail. Note.—The low pressure due from the west has not yet developed, and a redistribution of atmospheric pressure is apparently taking place.
