ADULTERATING CIGARETTES
MADE FROM COCOA HUSKS. By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright Received 7, 0.35 p.m. Paris, November 7. Madame Levillian was fined £O4O for manufacturing cigar; and cigarettes from cocoa husks, thus contravening the State Toliacco Monopoly Act. It was stated that three and a-half million of these cigarettes were annually placed on the market.
