SPECIAL RATE. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the above Board held on Tuesday, November Ist, 1910, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirma-' tion at a meeting of the Board to be held in Hempton Hall, Okato, on Thursday, Ist December. 1910, at 1.30 p.m., and intended to operate as a Special Order, viz.:— In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, and the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, the Okato Road Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: — That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £IOO (being 10 per cent, of the original loan of £1000), authorised to lie raised b\' the Okato Hoad Board for the purpose of (I) forming, grading, etc.. further portions of Dover Road from end of present metal; (2) paying off indebtedness incurred by original loan; and (3) in payment of costs of raising r.nd the first year's interest on ?tian. the said Board hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one-ninth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Dover Road Special Rating Area.
