The Archbishop of Canterbury commends an urgent appeal for additional help.
A MOROCCAN REVOLT. Received 3, 11 p.m. Tangier, November 3. Raisuli fled, abandoning the Governorship ol Alcazar, He left the tribes in a starving state. Consequently they revolted and killed all the sheiks. Other tribes are joining those in .revolt, and it is expected that Raisuli will take refuge in Tangier. SALVATION ARMY. Received 4, 12.40 a.m.
Sydney, October 3. The Salvation Army annual self-denial appeal yielded £39,350 in the Commonwealth and New Zealand.
