Senhors Abreu and Reyniao, Ministers of Justice and Public Works in Senhor Franco's Government, have been arrested and admitted to bail in £ll,llO a piece.
Several Republicans have been arrested for making public speeches against militarism. DIVORCE MADE EASIER. A STRIKING DEPARTURE. Received 3, 11.35 p.m. Lisbon, November 3. A divorce law, to be decreed on Friday, grants divorce on the grounds of adultery or desertion for ten years; on the ground of insanity, if incurable, after three years; on the grounds of long imprisonment; or by mutual consent, after two years from date of marriage, both parties being over the age of 25 years; the custody of children to be given to the applicants for the divorce, but must be maintained by the divorced parties.
