TURKISH TROOPS CROSS THE FRONTIER. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Berlin, October 30. Advices from Constantinople assert that the sixth Turkish army corps has crossed the Persian frontier and occupied Urumia in place of the German officered troops originally sent to combat brigandage, as the forces were stronger than agreed upon, and Persia requested their withdrawal.
