LECTURE AT BIRMINGHAM. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 29, 0.20 a.m. London, October 28. Mr. A. Lyttelton, Unionist, opened a series of addresses on the dominion:; at Birmingham University. He remarked that now it was happily beyond controversy that in seeking further commercial unity within the Empire measures of defence must precede all other action.
