KAIMIRO. (Prom Our Own Correspondent.) Laziness is usually the result of a feeling of fatigue which does not exist. The man who works the most, providing he works intelligently, will last longer and accomplish more and get more pleaout of life than the man who is continually sparring for rest and leisure. Yes, and made a bee-line for here, for several people have been tho victims of this troublesome complaint. The Salvation Army from Inglewood paid us a visit last week. There was not a big muster of listeners. Captain Clark and Mrs. Arthur made a very good impression. The musical items under Bandmaster Clough were very good, considering the short space of time these instrumentalists have been practising. Good choruses were given by the company, and duets by Mrs. Clarke and sister were very prettily given. Mrs. Arthur gave recitations.

The milk supply is rising very rapidly at our creamery, 19,2001b. being received this morning from 27 suppliers. Some, nice rain has fallen to-day, which will bring the grass on quickly.

Influenza is now very prevalent here, most of the farmers and tradespeople being shorthanded through their employees being down with it.

The weather here is very unsettled rain falling nearly every day. ' The Juvenile Scarlet Troubadours made their appearance for two ni«hts in the Town Hall. The attendance each night was not very good, but those who went had a very enjoyable time. The programme was very good, and every song was encored and responded to. The feature of the programmes was the dancing—Highland and Sailors'Horncpipe-bv one of the lady members of the troupe."
