REMARKABLE RAPIDITY OF TRAVEL. TEN MILES IN SEVEN MINUTES. Received 27, 11.40 p.m. New York, October 27. M. Latham, at Belmont Park, aeroplaned ten miles in eight minutes, and M. Albrun covered the same distance in seven minutes, but the flights were unofficial. This morning a gale prevented flights.
