The newspaper Die Zeit states that Italy is considering plans for four 24.000ton Dreadnoughts, enabling her to commission eight in 1015. Commenting on Italy's superiority compared with Aus-tria-Hungary, Die Zeit urges the prompt development of the latter'* navy.
