Curzon, theatrical manager, the judge decided that he had agreed to pay the Danns for their services, but dismissed the case on the ground that an agreement to work up an advertisement in the manner already cablet! was illegal and against public policy. A Mr=. Eardley brought an action for damages asrain-t Curzon, who turned her out of his theatre for wearing a large hat which she refused lo remove. Mrs. Eardley lo~t her case.
