MOROCCAN AFFAIRS
SPANISH INDEMNITY MENTIONED. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Paris, October 23. Morocco's proposal that the Customs service at Riff shall defray the cost of the indemnity is not regarded by the Spanish Government with favor.
