He states that satisfactory progress is being made in Papua. Large areas are being cropped with rubber, cocoanuts and hemp. Plenty of native labor is offering, and finances are buoyant, but it will be a considerable time before Papua is ."Jtlc to get along without the annual £25,000 Commonwealth subsidy.
