, SUMMARY AND FORECAST. | By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast are as follows: Anti-cyclonic conditions have prevailed, lmt •with increasing haziness everywhere, and the weather has been gloomy and warm to-day. Misty rain has fallen in parts. Present indications are for strong and increasing easterly and northerly' winds generally. The weather will probably turn to rain shortly everywhere, and be heavy in parts. The barometei will continue to fall, especially in the south.
