Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, M.P., speaking at Liverpool, referring to Persia, said the contentions of the Labor Party had turned out to be well founded. Sir E. Grey's blundering was going to result in Britain's borders for the first time becoming coterminous with Russia's. 'Thus Britain was weakening her position in India with the accompaniment of more militarism and scares and ultimately conscription.
