London, Oct. 20.—The White Star Company's new 45,000-ton liner Olympic has been launched at Belfast. THE ROSAMOND. The Rosamond, which arrived from Wellington and Picton on Thursday night, brought 173 tons of cargo,-includ-ing 494: sacks of potatoes, 80 bags of rice, 50 bales of hay, and 70 case? of benzine. Yesterday afternoon she:sailed for Onehunga and returns on Monday, leaving the same' day for Wellington, where she is to go'on tie slip for overhaul. The Kotuku will replace the Rosamond during the hitter's withdrawal.
