SPECIAL ORDER LEVYING SPECIAL RATE. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby'given that at a Special Meeting of the Oak ura Road Board lield on Wednesday, 2!M day of September, ISIO, at 8 p.m., at the Oakura Hall, the undermentioned reso-) lution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Board, to be held at the Oakura j Hall, Oakura, on the 31st day of October, 1910, at 8 p.m., and intended to operate as a Special order, viz.,—Resolved: That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the "Local Bodies Loan Act, 1008," the Oakura Road Board hereby resolves as follows —That for the purpose of providing, the interest apd other charges on a Loan of £ GOO authorised to be raised by the Oakura Road Board under the above-mentioned' Act, for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the .Kiri River, and approaches, the said Oakura Road Board hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 2%d (twopence {jhree«farthings) in the pound upon Uhe rateable value of all rateable property of the Kiri Road Special Rating, District, comprising Sections: Lot 4, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot. 2, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot 1, part 170, Block L, Egmont; Lot 5, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot 6, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot 7, part 170, Block 1, Egmonifc, and in the Survey District oi TaranaJki; and that such Bpecial Bate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist January and the Ist July of each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 3fi'/j. years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
