In April Mrs. Blanche Eardley sued Mr. Frank Curzon, manager of the Prince of "Wales Theatre, for turning her out of the theatre because she refused to remove her hat. Judgment was given for Mr. Curzon. As a sequel to this ease Mr. Dann, press agent, and his wife sued Mr. Curzon for £152, including Mrs. Eardley's fees, in pursuance of an agreement to arrange a big advertisement for Curzon by creating this matinee hat incident. The agreement was denied by Curzon. Judgment was reserved.
