INDUSTRIAL UNREST
THE BOILERMAKERS' TROUBLE. ANXIETY PREVAILING. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright. Received 1 17, 9.45 p.m. London, October 17. Anxiety prevails on the Clyde and North-east England owing to many of the boilermakers being strongly opposed to the acceptance of the penalty clauses, notwithstanding! that similar penalties were embodied in the rules of tJie Boilermakers' Society. Probably the financial position of the Society will force the majority to vote acceptance of the agreement.
