SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Saturday. At the Supreme Court this morning the Chief Justice sentenced John Cicol to six months 'imprisonment on a charge of having stolen 20 homing pigeons; Harry McClelland, for breaking, entering and theft at a dwelling at Waihua, w;is admitted to probation for twelvemonths; Albert Bartoldy, with many aliases and thirteen previous convictions, Was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for theft at Xapier and declared au habitual criminal.
