Three prominent Seattle business men have been arrested charged with frauds! j in Alaskan coal lands, involving the sum of £40,000,000. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of three others. One is an Englishman resident in Vancouver, named Algernon Strachey. The method employed was by fictitious claims. ,
