I OAKURA ROAD BOARD, SPECIAL ORDER LEVYING SPECIAI RATE. pL'BLIC XOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Oakura Road Board held on Wednesday, 29th day of September, 1010, at S p.m., at the Oakura Hall, the undermentioned resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Board, to be held at the Oakura Hall, Oakura, on the 31st day of October, 1910, at 8 p.m., and intended to operate as a Special order, viz.,—Resolved: That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the "Local Bodies Loan Act, 1Q.05," the Oakura Road Board hereby resolves as follows —That for tlxe purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £6OO authorised to be raised by the Oakura Road Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the Kiri River, and approaches, the said Oakura Road Board hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 2%d (twopence three-farthings) in the pound up- ! on the rateable value of all rateable property of the Kiri Road Special Rating District, comprising Sections: Lot 4, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot. 2, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot I, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot 5, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot C, part 170, Block 1, Egmont; Lot 7, part 170, Block 1, ■Egmont, and in the Survey District of Taranaki; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist January and the Ist July of each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36% years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
