MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS BILL. ! By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, October 13. i In the course of an interview to-day Mr. Wilford, M.P., speaking as president of the Municipal Association of New Zealand, said that he was very much disappointed with the Municipal Corporations Bill just introduced. He was surprised to see so few remits from the conference embodied in the Bill. He intends to do his best, when the meas-, ure comes up again, to get some more of the remits introduced.
