ATHLETICS.
A DISSATISFIED CENTRE. By Telegrapn.—±ress AsoOciation. Christchurch, Yesterday. A paragraph supplied to the Star states that the North Canterbury centre of the Athletic Union, at its last meeting, passed a resolution to the effect that the union's management ox athletics was unsatisfactory and detrimental to sport, and that its action in attempting to interfere with the government of cycling was vicious and unwarranted, and that the centre should secede from the union.
