Mr. O'Brien, (M.P., speaking, at Dunman way, said that Messrs Redmond and O'Connor, in America, at, a moment's notice, declared for devolution, which they had been denouncing! for seven" years. They had thrown over the Gladstonian scheme of Home Rule for the sake of the subscriptions of a few American millionaires and politicians. Mr. Tim Healy said that Messrs Redmond and O'Connor had dropped Home Rule for Ireland, and substituted Home Rule all round. Ireland must wait till the freshly-hatched claims of Wales and Scotland were attended to.
