SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Bv Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Rev D. C. Rites' summary and forecast are as follows:-The barometer has fallen evert-where. Cloudy and mwtj weather has overspread the "hole country, and rain has fallen in most parts. Northerly and easterly winds, strong to «le, have prevailed. The present ind.caSns are for a further fall in the baro-, meter everywhere, but a rise may be «pected after about s.xteen hours Strong northerly winds are probable everywhere, changing by west to southerlv' in the far north and by east to BOUth-easterly in the south Rain is probable generally, and misty, foggy weather in many F rts - A co,d BBap wIU pro " bably follow.
