OAKURA ROAD BOARD SPECIAL ORDER LEVYING SPECIAL RATE. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Oakura Road Board held on Wednesday, 29th day of September, 1010, at 8 p.m., at the Oakura Hall, the undermentioned resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Board, to be held at the Oakura Hall, Oakura, on the 31st day of October, 1910, at 8 p.m., and intended to operate (as a Special order, viz.,—Resolved: That in pursuance and exercise'of •.... the powers vested in it in that ■ 's. belfeAlf- of the/'Local Bodies Loan ,-... Act;'! 1608," the -Oakura- Road Board hereby resolves as follows —•That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a.Loan of £6OO authorised to be raised by the Oakura Road Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the Kiri River, and approaches, the said Oakura Road Board hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of -2% d (twopence flhree-farthings) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of tile Kiri Road Special Rating District, comprising Sections: Lot 4, part 170, Block 1., Egmont; Lot.
