OLD MOORE'S PREDICTIONS.
WHAT'S TO HAPPEN IN 1911. The poor old earth will have a difficult time in surviving the slooiny prophecies of Old Moore for ML The popular .edition of the prophet's annual almanace is full of terrors. The hell-hang of revolution is to run loose in the land, and the oracle wishes to prepare his friends for a gigantic surprise in the fact that "the gun-boats of Germany will be found in South American waters." The year begins hopefully, for "trade will be good, money plentiful, and business on the Stock Exchange will revive." In February there will be "unrest in Russia, and from Madrid will come a cable message "which will cause for a time a shudder throughout the land." The I next month will bring startling newsj from Berlin, "when a most distinguished person will be in imminent danger of losing his life." During the same month the revolutionary party throughout Europe will be extremely active, and a far-reaching plot to destroy several most important people will be brought to light. Many arrests will be made, and more than one lady Anarchist will be brought into contact with Scotland Yard. For the end of March a fearful airship accident is foretold, and in Mayan express train will come into collision with a goods train. Violent deaths of Englishmen and. women in China are programmed for June, and for July a monarch. Iu August a strange and baffling disease will make its appearance, and many eminent men will trace its origin to sleeping sickness. "An outbreak of fearl fill fire in one of the Midland manufacturing district" is announced for September, to be followed next month by the holding-up of a train by armed robbers. There will be a great fight and passen-. gers will be killed and wounded, i In December will come the news of "the death of a very well-known worker i associated with a world-wide religious community." j "The year 1911," the prophet declares, "will be a year bringing in its train strikes, lawlessness, acts of violence and 1 defiance of the law. No matter what side of the House may be in power, it I will require a very mighty hand indeed to pulverise fihese dangerous fanatics with such strong socialistic aspirations.
