A uspicious case of sickness, thought to be another smallpox case, has been detained in quarantine. Received 4, 8.50 p.m. Sydney, October 4. The Kazembe's case has been declared not serious, ami the vessel has been released from quarantine. RICHMOND RAILWAY DISASTER. Received 4, 8.15 p.m. Melbourne, October 4. In connection with the Richmond railway disaster, summonses have been issued against Melville (engine-driver) and McDonald (signalman). The charges are breaches of departmental regulations. OVERDUE VESSEL ARRIVES. Received October 4, 11 p.m. Melbourne, Last Night. The steamer Annaberg, which was three days overdue, has arrived. The vessel was delayed owing to the stormy weather. ~-..■ THE DUTCH SQJJADRON. Received October 5, 1 a.m. Melbourne, October 4. The festivities in honor of the Dutch squadron included a Federal garden party.
