Evidence was'given that 2500 dollars was paid for a single vote. , ANOTHER ROOSEVELT VICTORY. Received! 29, 9.20 p.m. New York, September 29. Henry Stimpson lias been nominated by the Republican Convention for the Governorship of New York State. This is another Rooseveltian victory. Mr. Roosevelt will go on the stump for the party.' • - .
