When arrested he had a revolver and a hundred cartridges, in his possession. He is detained on a charge of murdering Eumond pending tihe arrival of the Sydney warrant. SENSATION IN COURT. "THE MAN ADMITS IT." Received 28, 8.30 p.m. Melbourne, September 28. 'There was a sensation in the Police Court when the Russian Senkovitch was charged with murdering Eumond. A new interpreter read the charge and turned to the Magistrate saying, "The man admits it." The Magistrate said: the Court did not want such a statement at that stage. Sewkovi'tch was remanded.
