Williams, of Hmvke's Bay, suggesting the removal of the headquarters of tihe Cricket Council from Ohristchurcih to Wellington was considered. A resolution favoring the proposal was rejected, and the Association resolved to support the retention of headquarters at Christohurcb. The Postal Department of the local Post Office played the Telegraph Department on Tliur.*,.ay, iormer; winning by 41 runs to 34.
