Daily Chronicle, a correspond emt states that owing to the boom in the tin-plate trade, five hundred workers' dwellings are being erected at Llanelly, a thousand more men will be employed next year, and the output will be increased 50 per cent. Tfce Daily News states that Messrs Harl&nd and Wolff are constructing vessels valued l at £5,000,000, including White Star'liners valued at £3,000,000.
