Mr. Botha's party will govern on non-racial lines. LORD METHUEN'S CAMPAIGN. FOR UNIFIED DEFENCE FORCE, CAPETOWN, Sept. 25. Lord Methuen, has completed ,a tour "through Northern Orangia, which he undertook for the purpose of converting residents to the idea of a unified South African defence force. He addressed meetings both formal and informal, and often talked in barns in default of regular halls.
