UNIONS TO DEPUTATIONS THE <q GOVEINMENT. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. London, September 23. The unions will confer respecting the Osborne decision and send a deputaion to the Premier. In the event of his refusal to take action they will declare political war on the Government. "A SCREAMING FARCE." London, September 23. 'Mr. Osb iime, in a letter to the ■newspapers, alleges that the Socialists have captured the machinery of the trades unions; hence the votes passed by the recent congress. Mr. Osborne denounces their resolution as a screaming farce, unrepresentative of the mass of the trades unions.
