WELCOME TO EIER HARDIE. By Cablfr-Press Assoeiation-Oopyright. Brussels, September 23. The Egyptian Nationalist Congress gave a welcome to Mr. Keir Hardie. A letter was read from Mr. Wilfrid Blunt, advocating a boycott of British goods. j' ' Messrs. Dillon and Kettle, Irish members of Parliament, also wrote supporting the Nationalist movement. % The Congress has adjourned. The police, forbade their marching, through the streets in connection with the Belgian Independence fetes.
