It has also requested the Education Department to submit a scheme of agriculture instruction applicable to the whole country.
HORSE BREEDING. Received September 25, 5.15 p.m. London, September 24. The Development Commissioners ask for £sojooo annually to develop horsebreeding in Britain and Ireland.
