PRISON WALL COLLAPSES
AND PRISONERS ESCAPE. Brisbane, September 21. Files by the Tayuan contain news of a big gaol disturbance in Canton. A wall collapsed and 58 prisoners escaped. The troops captured 31, and two were found dead. A man recently died in that prison who had waited two years for his trial for being supposed to hold revolutionary ideas.
