A CAPTAIN'S SENSATIONAL EXPLOIT. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright Received. September 20, 9 p.m. Ottawa, September 20. Captain Klaus Larsen, in a motor boat, went from the foot of the Niagara cataract through the Whirlpool and rapids, and for a distance of four and a half miles to Lewiston.
