SHOOTING NIAGARA.
A CAPTAIN'S SENSATIONAL EXPLOIT. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright Received. September 20, 9 p.m. Ottawa, September 20. Captain Klaus Larsen, in a motor boat, went from the foot of the Niagara cataract through the Whirlpool and rapids, and for a distance of four and a half miles to Lewiston. Except the Maid of the Mist, in 1864, Larsen's craft alone has accomplished the feat. The authorities threatened him with prohibition, on the ground that he attempted suicide.
