CAPTAIN SCOTT.
LECTURING IN SOUTH AFRICA. By Cable —Press Association. —Copyright Hobart, September 19. Captain Scott did not, as expected, arrived by the Tongariro. Mr. Day, who is in charge of the motor sledges for Captain Scott's expedition, says that Captain Scott decided at the last moment to make a little longer sojourn in South Africa. He is lecturing up country in aid of the funds of his expedition.
