UNUSUAL PRE-NUPTIAL. .Received September 18, 5.5 p.m. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright New York, September 17. A remarkable pre-nuptial agreement was made on May 3L between Robert Winthrow Chanler and Lima Cavaliere, an Italian prima donna, and filed in New York. Chanler assigns all his real estate and 20,000 dollars yearly to his wife absolutely, for the consideration of one dollar and a promise of marriage. Chanler was previously married, but was divorced.
